I am going to be starting an ephedrine and caffeine stack to help me burn off the last bit of bf to drop below 10%. I have dropped about 8-9% through diet and training so far (started at 20% according to the scale at my gym and recently measured 10.6% with a caliper I just purchased).
The stack I'm planning is:
24mg (3x8mg tabs)
200mg caffeine
I'm planning on taking this every morning as one dose. Is this enough to see results? Should it be split into more doses throughout the day?
