So I am 27 172lb 5'10" I usually get up around 6 am on work days and at 630 I eat a egg or two and pork , at noon I drink a protein drink and lots of water throughout the day supper usually around 7 and that is usually a steak 12 ounc with veggies and potatoes then usually hit the gym at 830 for 1-2 hrs then relax for an hour before bed .... When I'm off I wake up between 8-10 am eat eggs and a meat category do some chores around the house , water all day protein drinks for lunch and post work out , work out at 3 for 1-2 hrs usually consists of weight lifting not much running, eat supper around 6 same as above and bed around 10-11 . I am on a pretty intense cycle at the moment and am looking to bulk up to 200lb my cycle includes
Week 1-7 55mg Winnie / day
Week 1-10 10ml tren
Week 1-10 10ml test e
And arimidex .5 ml twice a week
I do 1 ml tren and 1 ml test e a week
