    here we go first real cycle

    Ok so after the nightmare of the last attempt at this i have read asked and learned and have a legit cycle with good gear.
    Stats
    Height 6
    Weight 188
    Age 28
    Training history- steady for ten plus years. i am a personal trainer and have been a endurance athlete my whole life.
    Bf% 11%
    Cycle history one cycle with bad gear ended early.

    Cycle started first pin June 27th 2012
    Weeks
    1-2 600mg test 400 (150mg e 150mg cyp 100mg prop) pin eod
    2-12 400mg test e 200mg test 400 pin twice a week
    2-10 75mg anavar ed
    1-14 liquidex 0.2mg eod
    9-14 hcg 500iu twice a week
    pct
    15-18 clomid 100/70/70/35
    15-18 nova 50/50/25/25

    training
    high intensity perfect form high weight low reps.
    One warm up set twelve working sets between 4 and 8 reps 7 and 8 being advance reps for weight.
    Two days on one off three days on one off.
    Back/shoulders/off/biceps and triceps/legs/chest/off
    no cardio.
    Abbs twice a week sometimes three times.

    Diet
    macros 332 protein/ 335 crabs/ 94 fats
    cals 3514

    So im a week and a half in and the prop in the 400 is fire cause my veins are popping like crazy!
    My vascalinity is ridiculous right now. when your girlfriend tells you that your veins look un human and alien like you know your getting vascular lol.
    No real strength gains yet that i have seen but i am starting to feel like im supperman.
    Libido is up a bit not crazy but noticeable.

    Good morning!
    Its legs day today and excited for the pain lol.
    Gotta pin and take care of a few things then hit the gym will post how it gos later as well as my full diet.

    Ok here is the diet i am running during cycle
    meal1
    9am
    1 scoop masstech
    1 scoop whey
    1 banana
    3 serving skim milk
    Meal one should be less shake more whole food but i have a hard time eating when.i wake up so better to still hit my macros.
    meal2
    1130
    1 serving of almonds
    1 3.5oz chicken breast
    1 apple
    meal3
    2:00
    1 can of tuna
    1 serving almonds
    meal4
    4:30
    1 3.5oz chicken breast
    2 rice cakes
    meal5
    7:00
    1 4oz salmon
    2 serving almonds
    meal6
    10pm
    1 can of chicken
    2 serving fat free cottage cheese

    floater snacks
    1 serving almonds

    pre and post workout shakes (will be taken on off days as well)

    Morning all. starting my var tomorrow last eod pin of test 400 today. Friday i start pining 200mg 400 400mg test e twice a week less pins.
    everything has been good so far. im getting a lil snappy lately but nothing to bad. hitting the gym like a animal.
    Vascular as shit lol. i look and feel great. getting my weight tomorrow see where im at.

    Just got out.the gym. finely got to do legs man they were so tight thought i was going to pull something. feel great though. can't wait to start my var tomorrow and my guy made a mistake and gave me a double order said the extra is free of charge so stoked .

    First pin of test e today. its a lil sore but i can barely walk up.stairs right now my legs are so sore. Man i really hit it hard the other day on legs and i had not done them in like a week you guys know how when you don't hit um for a wile and two days later you have to grab the toilet seat to sit down....... lol yeah have not been this sore in a long wile. hitting every rep low in the bucket.
    I will post pics in a week i want to give the var time to kick first.

    where are you getting 300+ carbs from that diet?

    I weigh all of my food and count macros exactly. i get 155g of carbs from the masstech alone it is a weight gainer which is great because they are mostly right before and after workouts which keeps my carbs down during the day.

    I weighed in today at 185.6 im down almost three pounds :-( im going to keep doing what im doing for another week and if i don't start gaining time for diet adjusting.
    on the up side strength seems to be rising.
    Been sweating like crazy way more then normal don't know if this is supposed to happen but whatever.

    Yeah buddy gym was ridiculous today!!! getting big on everything!!!
    Strength is up look great getting kinda thick but lean as well.
    Up my a dex to 0.4mg eod nips were getting a lil itchy.
    I feel great though now just need to put some weight on.

    You might want to re-think that diet. Serious lack of carbs in most of your meals. Hitting macros is half the battle, timing is the other, which you are off. 3 big carbs meals are breakfast, pre training meal and post training meal. Some carbs in a couple of others would not be a bad idea. Ditch the weight gainer and start eating some oats, sweet potatoe etc. You should post your diet on the nutrition section on this forum for expert critique because it could be a lot better.

    Sorry have not posted or put new pics up yet been busy with b day prep. tonight the big night;-)
    so first off im getting freaking big!!!! Dude three family members asked me if important on roids...... not good lol.... What did i expect right lol. so my gear is fire i feel like super man meets hulk and Thor but invincible beyond even that :-) my girl says my arms look to big for my body...... is that possible??
    On the diet thing i am changing it up next week. work is crazy for me till after August so its better to get my macros and be stable then to just guess. perfection is the goal but takes time. i will be hitting the nutrition section though next week i know some things are not perfect with it but best i could do for the moment and i am losing the weight gainer.
