Hello, this is my first post and I'm just getting into the hard workouts at the gym and eating right. I am completely in shape as I play soccer 4 times a week at night. I am 5'9 and weigh about 155lbs. I am trying to put on some more muscle then cut, I have the ability to look good just do not know the correct diet. Can anyone give me advice on what to eat, how many times to eat, and the calories intake.
I was looking for some guidance on a work out routine as well. I don't really need to work out my lower body because as stated before I play soccer and I don't want to cripple that too much. Also I am getting surgery at the end of August because I tore my ACL 2 years ago. So i will have plenty of time to focus on my core and upper body. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
