    Done bulking, need help cutting

    SO I've been bulking now for a solid year and a half. I love the size and shear girth that I have put on but now it's time to cut the fat. I'm 6,7 260 lbs 26yo. I started at 190lbs and with bulk dieting and 3 cycles I am where I'm at now. My plan is too do a complete restricted diet from all sugars and well basically shit foods. I want to try fasted cardio, idea is too wake up in the morning and do high intensity cardio 30 mins or so than eat, hrs later lift in the gym changing from 5x5 bulk routine too lighter weights 12-15 reps. Thoughts on this complete change and turn around? Also I'll be taking clen at first and maybe a different high in energy fat burner, but what's good for not suppressing appetite? Questions, comments, thoughts, and critics well all help. Thanks

    Have you ever looked into intermittent fasting? I went from 200 to 230 in my last bulk. Have been cutting for 2 weeks using IF and have dropped down to 220 already and still got a while to go! Just worth looking into!

    ur a beast bro, 6'7" [height envy i guess]! Why are u not wanting to suppress appetite? For cutting and maintaining strength u may wanna run Var40-60mg/day in addition to strict diet. Diet is the key and is sooo hard to control. Clen is a nice supplement to diet but not the magic that most hope for IMHO. T3/cytomel will boost metabolism as well to burn more energy but also a supplement to diet. Bottom line = diet for wt loss but obviously cont to work hard, cardio, etc for bonus. Hoodia is a nice herbal to curb appetite but u gotta make sure and drink water throughout the day [U lose some thirst too and dont wanna dehydrate!].

    My cardio is fasted. So basically I wake up drink a glass of water take a piss and do 30-45 mins of sprints. The appetite issue I have is that I love to eat and I eat correctly....now. I want to continue growing muscle wise but cut my fat which seems to only be around my mid section. I've never looked into var. is this an aas? Will this shut me down?

    im guessing 70lbs in 1.5 yrs would be a good amount of fat and muscle. Im sure a restricted diet with a high protein intake and cardio would do wonders. Once you shed the big portion of it you can fine tune the diet to hit the particular fassets of the diet to take you to the next level. That would be my approach at least.
