    Questions about what I'm taking, and how to maximize

    heres what I'm doing.
    50 mg of 4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1,4-diene-3-17b-diol
    30 mg of 2a-17a-di-methyl-etiocholan-3-one, 17b-ol
    10 mg of 13-ethyl-3-methoxy-gona-2, 5(10)-diene-17-one


    also taking X-Tend & Kreakalin

    1/2 for breakfast half for dinner.


    1. What do you think of this mix?

    2. If I wanted to do full body, everyday, would i retain muscle mass? Im doing one day one day arms, one day chest and legs, with abs one of those days. Can I do more than that?

    3. I have a PCT in mind at a local shop forget the name but seeing what you guys would suggest?

    4. Im taking this orally thru war pharma's kamikaze (took one cycle of DMZ Load previously with good results)

    Any suggestions would be great.

    At 20 yrs old you shouldnt be taking anything but food and girls.

    haha true. Really though, "for my safety" since I'm doing it anyways, do you have any experience with what I'm taking and what would you suggest.

    so your not training back or shoulders?
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Been lifting hard for about 3 years now, arms 16" not sure about body/fat. weighing 157 at 5'8'' goal is to be 170 then shred down to 165.

    chest back and shoulders same days. sorry i forgot to put that in. I know i do it a little backwards bi's and back and tri and chest being more traditional but I've gotten strong gains without supplements that way. I also do light shoulders do to a past nagging injury.

    Before you start thinking about "Roiding".........How about get a good diet and workout training split set up...No you cannot do a full body workout everyday..It's called over training. The point of bodybuilding is the two words in it....body build....This is done by destroying your muscles on a working day and then letting them recover and to rebuild....

    Crush one or two bodyparts a day and give them at least 3 days rest

    That is a harsh oral steroid. Not a great idea.

    5 ft 8 and 70kg seems a little low to be considering steroids surely you should consider eating more or changing your workout routine i'm 5 ft 8 also and only been lifting a year and i weigh the same and i'm lean too then again i'm not an expert so i maybe wrong but just my opinion

    I clearly stated my questions. I never asked should I do this or shouldn't I. I wanted to see how I should approach it to maximize my gains. Don't know how that's hard. No need to be rude.

    well the only thing you can do to "maximize" results is eat right and train right. Your training is way off IMO

    how so? It's not strong doses and I got a few buddies who took it without any reprocussions. Any additional info would be great

    So you assume that we encourage young guys to use dangerous, untested, highly toxic steroids just because this is a steroid discussion board? You're not going to do too well here...

    30mg of methasteron is the upper dose anyone uses. AND it contains 50mg of halo + a negligible amount of Max-LMG (which I guess they just threw in there for complete HPTA suppression).

    wake up, bottle of water and a protein shake. Breakfast eggs, chicken, no butters or salts. Snack Greek yogurt and granola mixed in. Lunch. Usually a turkey sandwich footlong with spinach cucumbers cherry tamatoes with American. Snack #2 protein shack 2 dinner chicken or steak with asparagus and broccoli steamed. Throw in some omega 3-6-9 pills and a peanut butter sandwich before bed on wheat bread. What I've done this week. No soda in 3 years.

    well hard to tell with out portion or macro's i dont know if egss is 2 or 10.
    but does not look like enough to grow on
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    800 calorie shakes I take in about 4500 calories right now.

    Again you say you're getting 4500 calories i take in 2500 and weigh more than you so maybe your training is where you're going wrong also you are asking people for advice and more experienced people than you like the members above are advising you to not do it as there is other ways for you to maximise your gains so maybe you should take the advice you came here to seek?

    Well then obviously you've been lifting the wrong way for the last years......Did or did you not ask if you can do a full body workout everyday?? That is by far enough for me to say you don't know about training, most likely diet and definitely not steroids..

    Does that answer it???

    157 and 4500 calories doesn't add up. I'm on a bulk and eating 4700 cal to get up to 240, I'm 5'4". I think you are eating less than 1/2 of what you think. You need to re evaluate your food and training, because I call bs on your food intake.

    Ha ha I'm just having fun with you but seriously man we're telling you the truth. No point right now. Just train natural with a good workout routine (Which you obviously don't have) and a good diet...Later on consider it because if you do it now your not going to get the gains you should plus you could mess yourself up..

    I have all the foods I eat written down with nutritional value. I have extremely fast metabolism. I take 1600 calories in just protein shakes daily. I also eat snacks In between like today pistachios a banana apple salad and a 400 calorie protein shake plus 2 glasses of milk, for example.

    Sounds to me like you're not eating enough good carbs like pasta potatoe and rice you need good complex carbohydrates and you need to eat more sugar at the right time and good sugar too from fruit and other natural sources don't go eating chocolate and sweets this is because you need to get an insulin spike Insulin helps you gain weight as it effectively turns off your metabolism and redirects most of the nutrition towards muscles which is why a lot of people get fat from eating high sugar and fatty foods however in bodybuilding insulin is a useful tool for us used correctly before taking a protein shake i usually have some strawberries or a banana.

    I'm starting to think we have a troll here.....1600 cals a day in protein shakes ha ha....Well know we know you don't know about diet either...#1 you shouldn't be taking in that many protein shakes in a day...#2 what the hell kind of protein shakes are you taking????? What do they have 30 grams of fat and 50 grams of carbs per scoop...That's ridiculous man...My protein shake is like 100 calories...1 gram fat, 1 gram carb and the rest comes from the protein (2 scoops)

    Hey man, we're just playin (Me at least) but being serious at the same time....Here is want we want from you....Your diet to the "T". How many meals? Marcos in each meal? And exactly how many calories in all those meals? Your favorite and best training split (Sets and reps included), which you consider to be good?

    Age ?
    Weight ?
    bf% ?
    goals ?

    The reason for this is because if you can't do this and do this to what others consider to be decent, there is no point in thinking about any pro hormones/steroids..
