    hello evry1! i jst joined a cupl days ago. how do u go bck n2 the forums & locate the replies to ur post? my xperience in all da forums (general sites) ur quest r anwserd thru ur email. i posted sum questions in various topics but dont know how to retrive them. thx

    a few ways ... at the top of each thread (to the left) you will see "Thread Tools" click it, than you will see "subscribe to thread" click that...and you will be notified by your email or on your profile page if you choose


    also you can go to the very top of every page and click on " new posts" and it will show a page of all the most recent postings

    yes i is,vry rare for us small guys to get big,but i hav bin a lifter naturally for ten yrs. jst bin layd off for a cuple due to family issues. now im bck at da age of 52 benchin 315 which is still short of my personal best of 325 & i jst cant seem to get pass 182 lbs. i realize more mass can move mor w8 so i may try to do sum cycling. im gonna need a lot of guidance from u guys so i dont screw myslf ovr. and welcome to evry1
