I am a 58 year old male who is tired of feeling tired and can't diet off my excess weight. Live in West Palm FL and don't want to overpay for my needed TRT. Any suggestions? Thanks

Welcome to the boards.
How much are they charging for the therapy if you don't mind me asking? Shouldn't be to bad with insurance. Anyway, re-post your question in this sub-forum http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...g#.UAKVBJEYmgk, and post your exact day-to-day diet in this sub-forum http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...RESOURCE-FORUM Your hormone values and nutrition need to be looked at in detail. Good luck

Sorry mate, there is no way other than to diet off the excess weight. You assist the diet with exercise and an entirely new lifestyle and determination. You will also stop the tiredness this way. I am 56 and can and do vary my weight by as much as 30 kg per year.
Look at this board and you will find all the answers you need for TRT.
I can assure you the best result comes from hard work, good diet, no smoking and no drinking. OK I live in Thailand, all the women are beautiful! They still like their men to look good. Good luck. John
Actually no insurance. I have no idea how much is reasonable to be charged. I hope added energy will help with exercise(and diet). When I was active and dieted pounds shed easily.

Without insurance you can forget TRT, unless you are financially blessed and it sounds like that's a grey area with you. I feel your pain there right now brother. Unfortunately for a guy your age, you would be the perfect candidate for TRT. Let's toss that idea out of the window and follow what's been said above about your diet. Post what you eat in the nutrition link i've provided and start there. The next best thing to diet for shedding fat is cardiovascular training. Head to the training section, provide your daily workout, or whatever aerobic activity you are involved in and we'll take a look and see what we can gear more towards your goals.
my gp does my trt. The most expensive part is the bloodwork but my insurance covers that. It doesnt cover the script for test. But if you join some of the pharmacies discount plan it reduces the cost. I use walgreens and spent the $20 to join their club. i save more then the $20 on filling the first script
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
