be more specific man, for all we know the actual exercises you do for back could only be a 5*5 on deadlift. Post your actual exercises with sets and reps for more help

Not considering what style of training and your exact routine is I have the following to say:

Two things are wrong with this split.
    1. Your chest and shoulders days only have one day in between them. If you have an intense chest workout you will still be sore as hell on shoulders day which will affect your shoulder presses.
    2. Your legs and back days are right next to each other. These two muscle groups are the largest in your body and they need the most amount of time to recover. An intense leg day is very draining and you will still not be 100% by the next morning. On top of that if you are deadlifting on back day the soreness in your legs may hold you back

    Here's my split
Sunday - Back, biceps and forearms
    Monday - OFF
    Tuesday - Chest, triceps
    Wednesday - Legs
    Thursday - OFF
    Friday - Shoulders, traps
Saturday - Abs, lower back + cardio (I might skip this every once in a while)

This isn't a perfect routine but it fits into my life well. But here is what is good about it
    1. Back is a big muscle group, I feel like a day off day it will help me get back to 100% much quicker than training the next day
    2. Chest and shoulders are as far apart as I can get them. This is so that the training on each day wont affect the other (due to soreness)
    3. There is a day off after legs day which is by far my most intense day, again to help with recovery
    4. Saturday is basically a dedicated ab day. This is spaced far away from legs day to prevent any interference from a sore core affecting heavy squats

^ forgot to mention that I also do stiff-leg deadlifts on leg day to slightly stimulate my core and lower back
