I'm 19 1/2 years old, 5'11" 200 pounds. I've been working out for 3 years straight, barely missing a day. I just got back home and have 10 months off so im thinking this is a great time to start a cycle of dbol because i have so much free time to workout. I want to do everything right and as safe as possible. I'm looking for some good advice on how/when to take them, how long, how much should i workout, what to eat, how many calories, how much protein, what do i take with them, etc. also some good advice on coming off them, and how to maintain as much as i can. all advice is greatly appreciated.
