    In regards to your question, I'd say go post a detailed question in the "pct" forum. Include your stats and cycle intended for the "all in one pct".
    My guess is it crap... Everyone has a pretty standard pct protocol

    Hi guys i am a newbiee but a few years under my belt not known about this site for long but it answers most questions i my self /beginers/or even vets.knowlage is power and its all about the power in this game.spend hours reading n takin things in so happy days
