Hello!

Just came across this website and have already found a lot of information. You guys seem to have a very strong community, no pun intended , anyway I hope to learn a lot more from you guys is the near future! Also, is it necessary that I should have a profile pic of myself or my physique? I'm not skinny or fat, I'm just kind of self conscious about my body. Thanks!

Thanks for replying. I'll add a profile pic in the new few days then, that's if I can work out how to access 'My Profile' and actually do it haha. About my experience with fitness, since I was a kid I used to swim daily and played a lot of tennis up until my mid-teens where I started getting into weight lifting and body-weight/calisthenic training. I've been doing this for roughly 4 years now and have a pretty decent build but I want to step it up a notch, hit the gym and build some more muscle mass.
