I'm 36 y/o 5 11 178 lbs. 12%bf
I have been working out pretty consistently for 4/5 years. My old build n that of bros n dad is broad shouldered n heavy lingering around 220s. Personally highest was 215. Been around170-185 last three years depending on gym commitment. Changed body structure now lean athletic build 32waist 40chest.
Currently am running 4 miles a day 4/5 days week. Lifting heavy 3 days n 2 light days in there. So I'm really doing something each day. Pretty happy with body decent size arms chest legs shoulders. Have the top 2 and showing a little outline of 6 pack abs. That's the best I can get. Diet is real clean 2200 cal 65/75 grams protein fat grams about the same. Looking to shred up slight muscle gain. Tried primo n winny inject 7 years ago no cycle just stupid use. After 4 weeks realized I was being dumb n stopped. Anyway any direction advice would be greatly appreciated. Looking to be ripped have chiselled abs n either keep my arm/chest size as is or slightly grow. Would like muscles to be hard n defined
