So after bulking my weight was around 230, now i cut and I'm 215. I have abs but not like stand out abs by any means... I'm tryin to find the recipe to get good abs and i need help!! Any skinny person can get abs, that is easy.. i want to get abs and be able to maintain all my muscle mass.. i'm worried about cutting more because of the amount of muscle i can lose... and that sucks to lose hard earned muscle during cutting.. Anybody have any ideas that could help? and can you relate to this?!! thanks
