    Injection and squats

Hey all, I just did a sus jab to the mid sec of the quads and there's a fair bit of pain and slight compressive sensation, no inflammation or swelling, but it's hard to do squats or any leg workout expect calf raise
Do u all still continue with the same weight and intensity? Or stop while on cycle?

Keep the same weight and intensity, it aint going to kill you. Man up and squat you'll get used to it in time, in the end its just a little pain and you know how the saying goes "no pain no gaine"

Actually I went to see a doc, coz it hurt more than usual, was prescribed antibiotic, coz she was worried it might get infectious, and some anti swelling and a mild pain killer
Was also told to alternate on injection sites, coz the sus accumulates at that area even after a week
