Hey guys.. Trying to bulk up. I am 33 5'11 210#. I work out 5 times a week and take test and trenn. Not seeing much gains.. What am I doing wrong?

Tell us about your diet. Your doses? How many cycles have you done previously? What's your AI? How long have you been on this cycle?

Maybe your gear is bunk?

Understood. I take 2 trenn 100 and test 50 a day for about a month. I have a regular diet with added protein shake each day for breakfest,This is my first time taking anything.
