    Sculpting legs

    hey everyone,

Can someone give me some advice on how to create the illusion of longer legs, I am short and tend to carry a lot off my weight on the bottom half of my body. In the past I have built up a lot of strength and size in my upper quads but not so much in my lower. After a few months of cutting and reducing my leg size I really need some advice o what type of exercises will help with developing lower quads.

    thanks

If you just want to create the "illusion" of longer legs then you should avoid baggy or loose fitting jeans. Wear jeans with an inseam short enough to prevent them from bunching up around your shoes. Tuck your shirt in or find shirts that come just below your waist line. If you are wearing shorts there's not a lot you can do since they come in a standard length. I'm a short guy and most clothing just makes me look shorter. These are just some of the ways I've found to help in my situation.

Well for one I think you look great!! training legs I know about, but the only thing that comes to mind as a lengthening look would be almost no weight training or minimal and high resistance eliptical for a lean defined, longer look....sorry I can't be of more help.

Yeah. I just realized she was a female member. I'm on the app and it doesn't distinguish the two. My bad!
