    PLZ HELP with summer cut diet

    First of all - 25 years old, 220 lbs, around 25-6% bf. Started jogging every morning, training in the afternoon. Could you please give advice on what I am currently eating PLEASE :P


    CARDIO

    MEAL1 :100g oats (3.3 oz) + 30g whey
    Macros: 39P 69C 9F


    MEAL2: 7 egg whites + flax + 100g (3.3oz)yams
    Macros 30P 27C 8F

    MEAL 3: 200g (7oz) pork fillet + green vegg
    Macros: 50P 8F

    Pre-Workout;
    Canned tuna 4oz
    3.3oz yams
    Macros: 32P 30C 2F

    Post-W:
    3.3oz oats + whey 30g
    38P 66C 9F

    Meal 6: 200g pork fillet + veggies
    Macros 50P 8F

    Whey 30g
    Macros 22P

    Meal 8:300g Cottage Cheese
    Macros 42P 6C 6F


    Total: 300P 200C 46F
    CALORIES TOTAL: 2450
