Hi,
I've been lurking for a month or so, haven't had too much time but a few days here and there to actually research-so, forgive me...but where should I start?
All of the medical names etc. seem so foreign to me...I would love to boost my testosterone for a few reasons, what stands out the most is that I've been getting into martial arts (Wrestling, BJJ and muy thai most of all) and I love that lean/boyish physique
My stats:
Female
5'5, 130lb
Workout 4-5 days a week
Paleo/warrior diet
I've been doing quite a bit of research on natural ways to increase test/reduce estrogen...like food products that increase estrogen and literally cutting these from my diet-but at this point I would love to take it up a notch
Love to hear some feedback-where to start? etc. it all seems so confusing![]()
