looking for tips in Bringing up the Rear Delts

    Hi
I have noticed some defination my the front and side delts.. but the backside is lagging.. I do reverse fly's,military press and tricep work..but wondering what else can i do to get more strength and definition on the backside.
I recently found a machine at the gym that is like a military press yet the angle is more in front ..next time i will get the name.

    thanks

One philosophy that I go by when it comes to building the rear delts is that they get a lot of their work from back day. Some of the rowing motions will definitely hit the rear delts.

On back day, make sure you do 2 or 3 rowing exercises with the elbows high (almost perpendicular to the torso). This really hits the rear delts along with your upper back (depending on how you do the movement).

Utilize those changes to your back workout along with a little rear delt work on shoulder day and you will definitely get some development.

Try these out for rear delts. I do them on back day to target the rear delts since it's the day they are hit the most.

thanks! those cable face pulls are similiar to something a trainer showed me on a cable machine.. I will go back to adding those on back day.. it is good to have a new tool to use becasue sometimes the machine i was using for those is tied up with other people..always good to have more options! thanks!

I have been seeing good results with these, however form is very important, make sure not to use too much wieght and sacrifice form.

I will add these back with very light weight to be mindful of fourm.. i dont want any injuries.

also wondering how many days to wait inbetween working back, chest shoulders arms.. seems like the shoulders could eaisly get overworked.. if i do chest one day then back the next?? thanks
