Thread: help with routine

    help with routine

    I am curious if I am doing to much for my routine. I am gonna alternate between week A and B to change it up every week. I do abs everyday as well and do indoor rock climbing every sunday for about 1 hour+. I am trying to put on muscle and was told to cut back on the running/cardio and even the cutting out crossfit but I need cardio because im in the military. I am 5'10ish and about 170 lbs. I would like to gain about 20 pounds of muscle I am going to start a cycle soon as well.

    WeekA
    Mon - Chest and Triceps+ Running
    Tue- Back and Biceps and forarms
    Wed-Shoulders and Legs + Optional run day

    Thur-Rest Weights + Crossfit

    Fri-Chest and Triceps
    Sat-Back and Biceps + Crossfit
    Sun - Legs and Shoulders

    Week B
    Mon - Chest and Legs + Running
    Tue- Triceps and Biceps + Crossfit
    Wed-Shoulders and Back
    Thursday- Rest
    Friday- Chest and Back
    Sat - Triceps and Biceps + Crossfit
    Sun- Legs and Shoulders

    i am also planning on eating about 300 grams+ of protein a day
