I am curious if I am doing to much for my routine. I am gonna alternate between week A and B to change it up every week. I do abs everyday as well and do indoor rock climbing every sunday for about 1 hour+. I am trying to put on muscle and was told to cut back on the running/cardio and even the cutting out crossfit but I need cardio because im in the military. I am 5'10ish and about 170 lbs. I would like to gain about 20 pounds of muscle I am going to start a cycle soon as well.
