    When to do Good Mornings...

    I've been doing these with my back workout but wanted to see when others incorporate this into their routine. Lately, I've been doing this instead of Deadlifts. Would it be overkill to do them together? I'm slowly increasing the weight I can do with my GMs at the moment.

    Personally, i've had to be real careful with goodmornings, as this puts a huge strain on the lower back in an area that is highly prone to injury (for some) to begin with. I only do good mornings with a light weight since, unfortunately, i am one of those individuals that is injury prone there.

    I do them on back day as well. And no, i've never felt the need to do both on the same day. haha..
