Thread: Hi there

    Hi there

    Hey guys. Considering doing my first cycle. Thought I'd introduce myself here and maybe learn a thing or two from the posts before I just jump into it.
    I'm a 30 year old male, and I have been working out pretty solidly for the last 6 or 7 years, but with little to show for it. I've tried all different kinds of diets, supplements, personal trainers, etc, and I pretty much look and feel the same as I did when I started. As you can imagine, it's quite frustrating to go to the gym 4 days a week, bust your hump, not see anything, and jus be dismissed as a "hard-gainer." Lame, huh? Anyhow, I don't want to be Arnold or anything like that, I just want to but on a little bit of mass, and shed some fat. I have a big frame, at 6'4" and 227lbs. with a 4 day a week gym habbit I'd be in pretty decent shape, well... I'm not, and quite frankly, I'm sick of it. I'm pretty gangly, so putting on even the slightest bit of size is a very difficult thing when you have arms like Manute Bol (okay, I'm not that tall or skinny, but you get the idea) and a kind of, well, chubby torso. There's mass in my chest and I have been blessed with very wide shoulders, but for the love of God, I can't get any muscle on there! I was thinking of trying out some products, maybe some form of Stanozolol or Clenbuterol. I know this realy isn't the place for questions, just introductions, so I'll leave it at that. Anyhow, I look forward to pick your brains and getting an education!

    Welcome, Good place to start is the diet forum and the workout forum. Possibly getting both on point at the same time will help you get the results your looking for.
