    Rowing machine ????

    I want to get more ripped and loose abit of fat on my stumach so I heard the best thing is the rowing machine ! I heard it builds muscle tones it and burns fat when on the towing machine ? Is this true,if not then what are some other suggestions ?

    diet + fasted cardio (when you wake up before you eat anything). rowing machine will be fine but assuming you dont have one at home, then you'll have to go to the gym just to use it, so a walk/run around the neighborhood is probably a better option.

    i guess it would help, but i only use it for cardio, to build muscle lift weights

    After years of using a treadmill, I've decided to trade it in (not literally) for a rowing machine. Having read this reviews https://www.theolive.com/reviews/best-rowing-machine/ , I went for Concept 2, and it's great. But before purchasing a rowing machine, it's wise to go to any gym on a first visit / trial visit which is free, and try them

    Rowing is awesome for building muscular endurance \ toning so in theory it helps increase lean body mass but you shouldn’t expect to increase much in size. If that makes sense
