Ok so I finished my cycle and pct and all levels are back normal. So I'm up to 17% bodyfat and I'm looking to trim up now. So I've started doing trx interval training first thing in the morning, a cycle in the afternoon and then work out later on. Doing this about 4 times a week. Then one cardio session on separate day. What I'm wondering is do you guys think that this is enough or does it need tweaking or anything. Each session is around 40-55 mins long. My nutrition I'm following one of the cutting threads. So diet will be good. I'm looking to get down to 10% bodyfat. If you think there is a better way to do this please let me know. Also I have clen I bought a while back and never used. Would this be worth taking in junction with this program to help the fat loss along? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.
