I weigh 142 lbs Hitting the gym 5 days aweek drinking cyclone maximuscle protein,but I want this this ripped look but i can't quiet get there when I used to do cardio the fat used to drop off me and I would just go skinny ! I try to eat as good as possible like meat,tuna,pasta,oats and stuff like that. If I trained on a rowing machine everyday whilst I'm in the gym will this help me get ripped ?
Give me tips please ?
