    Need Experinced Advice Please

    Hey guys im actually a first timer to steriods. im super super pumped about it but i know it isnt something that anyone wants to screw up on or not do correctly. what i am looking for is something thats mainly for cutting but i definitely want some bulking as well! i have looked into parabolan 100 in a 10ml an seems like it is what im looking for. but being the first time i would like to know how much i need to take a week as well as how long the cycle should be. i would really really appreciate any experienced persons feedback! thank you! alot!

    Welcome.
    Well since you are only 21 I can tell you how to not screw it up. Do not start. You are too young and need to focus on your diet and exercise first.

    You didn't like the advise in the last thread you started, so you start a new thread thinking people will now tell you what you want to hear? Think about it, thats just silly. This is copy and pasted from the last thread you started, word for word. So to make all of our lives easier I will give you a quick summation of what you've already been told. Remember, you asked for advise; you didn't ask for people to lie so that you can hear what you want to hear.

    1. You are to young. Your endocrine system is not fully developed. You risk serious irreparable damage to your body at this age, including, but not limited to: Erectile Dysfunction, Inability to ejaculate, low to non-existent libido, stunted male development (as you no longer produce the testosterone that tells your body to develop as a male), feminization i.e. female-like weight distribution and gynecomastia, emotional instability, and the list goes on and on

    2. Your natural testosterone production is at its physiological peak. You are already on steroids, and you don't even need to pin.

    3. With your natural test through the roof, learning to eat right will give you incredible gains. doing gear without knowing how to eat will result in 2 things. First, you won't get the results you should because you're not giving your body the building blocks it needs to do so. Second, you will loose what gains you do get because you don't know how to eat to maintain your new body. I've said this before and I'll say it again. You want to build a house. You can learn to do it on your own and it will take ages. This is natural bodybuilding. So you learn a bit, but decide to hire a carpenter to help. He's the steroids. You two go to build your house, but you didn't buy any lumber. The lumber is your diet, how will you build a house without lumber?

    You won't find what you want to hear here, because everybody here just wants to help. Thats the whole point, and the reason you joined. If you're not going to listen thats you prerogative, but please don't insult us by ignoring the answers to the questions you ask, and flooding the forum with new threads thinking you'll get a different answer. A wise man once defined insanity as repeating the same task over and over expecting to get different results. But again it's your body, your life, and nobody has the right to tell you how to treat it. It's up to you to decide if you want to listen.

    i dont like oh's for anyone. They are unregulated so you dont really know what you are getting and they are untested. Typically from anyone i know they had worse side effects from ph's then real steroids.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    I would not advise as far as prohormones go. Don't lie to yourself, these are steroids too, or at the very least convert to steroids once ingested. They same answer applies to these as steroids. The risks are the same, with a few extras. With AAS, we have a pretty good idea of what the risks are. As such, we can do everything in our power to mitigate these risks, and can weigh the cost/benefit ratio. With PH, we don't know what they're doing to you in the long run, because they simply haven't been around long enough. They're developed by supplement companies and put on a shelf until the FDA can ban them. They have no clinical trials because they're not developed for medical purposes, the majority of AAS are. The ONLY reason to take PH over AAS are legal based, and PH are grey area at best.

    I seem to be giving a lot, now I'd like to ask. You now know that you can get huge simply by eating right. The answers to getting HUGE without anabolic supplements are here. Why are you so hell bent on putting serious hormones into your body when you can quite literally do WAY better in the long run not doing them for a few years?

    everyone diet will vary depending on stats and goals. There is a nutrition section of the board. check it out and start a thread there for help with a diet for you
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Visit the diet and nutrition section, it has saved me this last year. I was 205 and lean in the not so distant past. Pneumonia go me and i dropped down to about 155-160. The advise in the nutrition section has allowed me to build back up natty to 176lbs at 12%. Thats now on a cut, I'm hoping to get some serious natty gains on a bulk with info from the nutrition section this off season, 190 being ambitious but obtainable as my body likes to be there anyways.

    This is a great read, and will teach you how to calculate your macros for a bulk. I see you're already in the supplement forum, thats good as well, if only to show you that most are bunk and not worth your hard earned cash. Start learning the basics. learn about training frequency. My biggest issue at your age was over training. Training tells your body it needs to grow to adapt. It grows when it rests. it's hard at 19, but if your serious, keep drinking to a minimum. Be patient, spend time reading the boards, learn, and apply. i think I read this website for at least 2 years before i joined. And even then I said some stupid posts. Oh, and f*** all the mad bitches that will love the body you build from the things you learn here. Reap the rewards my friend.

    Then perhaps you should visit your other thread before posting a new one. Better advise would be to read up a bit first. There is a sticky that you are asked to read before you start posting as a new member. It outlines the rules and advises you to search for answers to your questions before starting a new thread as almost any question you have has already been asked. The vast majority of these are stickied and incredibly easy to find. I suggest you read these and you'll find all the answers you're looking for.

    not meant as an attack at all, but as a push in the right direction. I've actually been using this website for years, reading and learning, and I'm simply trying to encourage this young buck to do the same. I tried Dbol only at 21. Didn't want to **** for near a year. I just don't want him to learn the same way i did.

    Focus on diet and training first primobolan itself will shut you down and I don't doubt you run it at a low dose as it is. You always need testosterone as a base. Primobolan is best used in high doses.

    Oh, if you have a smartphone, theres an app called my fitness pal. It's not perfect, but you can record all your meals, break it down into macros, and so on. I find it makes it easy to keep track and keep your diet on point. there's no carrying a notebook and a calorie chart, and you're always aware of what your taking in.
