Hi all im new to the forum i cant put my thread anywhere else for some reason so hoping somenoe could help. im 27 5,10 about 68k in weight and i work out about 4-5 a week and im going to do my first cycle and wonderd if anybody would give me some of theyre thought on wot to run to bulk up a bit as im very slim and i can never seem to put weight on. im not looking to get to the hulk lol just a good bulky size. hope some experianced lads can give me theyre pointers. cheers
