There is lots of good info there and some things I really didn't like.I read it with the intention of giving it to my doc as ammo to treat my high E.He does recommend getting the E and T in balance. He says E should be around 30.I like this part and am trying to get my doc to see the light.Shippen treats it with zinc which I tried and it did nothing.Blood work backed that up.And soy protein.Am I wrong or doesn't soy raise your E?Also he says injections are the worst delivery system because it causes spikes that may go over theraputic levels.Has he never heard of lower doses more often?I didn't want to give it to my doc because of those reasons. On the other hand I like his thoughts on T levels. He says treat the symptoms. If you feel good at 500 then thats where you need to be,If you feel good at 800 then thats where you need to be.This is what I want to convey to my doc.She was alarmed that I was at 809 on my last BW.But I felt a shit ton better at 809 then I did at 649 from previous BW.So I am a little torn as to what to do.The book was published in 1998 so I could tell her this is some good basic info but that there have been advances in this field.I just ordered Testosterone: A Man's Guide- Second Edition by Nelson Vergel.Lots of good reviews about this book on the amazon site.Anyone read this one and what do you think about it if you have?I have printed out Crislers stuff and a few other papers suggested by members here and given them to her.She is in the process of reading it.I'm still waiting to see what she has to say about what I have already given her.Just getting a little impatient and frustrated I guess.
