    Chin-ups for back; also deadlifts.
    Upright rows for shoulders; also Arnold Presses
    Incline dumbell press for chest
    Preacher curls for biceps
    Skull crushers for triceps (i now do these on an incline bench to avoid pain and pressure on my lower back)
    Squats for upper legs
    Heavy seated calf raises for calves

    I'm glad to see everyone likes doing legs as much as I do esp, calves! Grow them big! Mine up to 17.5" now

    Fcuk, I wish my calves would grow. I would do anything to take some meat off of my arms (that seem to grow by just sneezing) and transfering it to my calves (that seem to never grow no matter how hard I train them!!!) You guys with big calves are very lucky!!

    indeed, im in the exakt same position, arms are growing like weed, but my calfs wont grow! Seems like its impossible.

    cant get my arms to grow, legs are huge but, they rub together when i walk, fkn chafing hard lol.

    I wear running shorts with the spandex lining underneath ..solves the problem
