    thoughts on carb cycle diet

Any one used this style of diet?
    What were your results?
My goal is to get to under 10% while keeping max muscle, do you think carb cycle will be the way to go?

carb cycle is an excellent way to go to get sub 10%

ive gotten to 7.8% with it. trying to get lower but its getting fairly difficult at this point

    low (50g veggie only)
    low (same)
    low (same)
    high (250-300g)
    mod (150g)
    mod (150g)
    mod (150g)

    is a good approach

Carb cycling is a very popular method for cutting bodyfat while maintaining muscle. I carb cycled last summer with great success. The format mentioned above was my approach, albeit slightly different macros.

low = low carbs = 50g carbs coming from veggies only(how i do it) and no starch (pasta, rice, oatmeal, potatoes)

high = high carbs = 250-300g coming from primarily starchy complex carbs

u cycle ur carbs and this also cycles cals. the reason behind low days (3in a row) is to deplete muscle glycogen completely forcing ur body to burn fat for fuel/energy. the high carb day replenishes glycogen so u can lift heavier later in the week to hopefully replace and/or maintain lost muscle..
