Hi, The name is Dano and after searching around for an informative site, I came across this cool forum. Been lifting for as long as I can remember, in excess of 25 years. My past goals included bodybuilding and power lifting. I will soon be in my mid 40's and decided to concentrate all of my efforts on bodybuilding. The power lifting just got to hard on the joints. Just started hgh, along with strict eating program in hopes of shredding some excess body fat and obtaining some extra muscle. I am currently in the gym Monday - Friday, where I train with a bodybuilder. The program is really intense and I follow up the routine with the stair climber. It's great to be part of this forum and I look forward to obtaining a great of knowledge. Dano
