Here is my transformation after my first cycle and workouts exclusively from P90X. Mostly two upper body workouts in my living room and mountain biking for cardio - legs. My legs are pretty built already from biking. I just started my second cycle 10 days ago and I will do the same thing - work out with dumbbells in my living room. Diet was a lot of protein and just eat what I want when I was hungry - low fat for the most part.
Eventually I may have to suck it up and go to a gym, but for now, life is good at home!
