    Live From Afghanistan

    Hi, my name is Steve and I'm new here. I'm currently operating in Afghanistan as a rifleman, but thankfully have internet just fast enough to use sites like this. I've been working out for about three years, but only just got serious about lifting a year ago. I gained enough weight to convince people that I've been to a gym more than once and am seeking to become more knowledgeable on technique, supplements, diet, and virtually everything a body builder needs to know.
