So i am curious... I am hopefully going to be starting my first cycle here soon, just waiting on a source. It will be 400mg of test-e a week, and d-bol at 40mg a day, my stats are 5'11" 220 pounds, about 14% body fat. Nutrition is in place, got my cardio and have a good workout routine.
So my question is how much of an increase can i expect to see in my lifts? where i am right now is as follows..
Bench press: 275 x 8 , 350 x 2
Squat: 315 x 15 , 405 x 8
Deadlift: 315 x 10 , 405 x 6
Military Press: 185 x 12 , 225 x 6
so yeah, just curious as to what i might be able to accomplish, thanks a bunch!
