    Clenbuterol question

    Hey guys, was just wondering, if u are on a clen cycle, should u workout using heavy weights or light weights?

    i tried doing the whole "light weight for cutting" thing and all I did was teach my body to not be able to handle heavy weight and especially on a colric deficit..****ed me up..I'll never do that agin. Go big or Go home!!!

    The only thing I dont do while on clen is HIIT cardio and heavy squats. I already get lightheaded doing heavy squats with the increased BP I think I'll blow a vessel. lol

    And yes read the clen handbook as Razor said.

    Ive done hiit training with 120mcg's of clen. My biggest advice for people that are using this is to also have a heart rate monitor.

    When you use heavy weights, you burn more calories after the workout
    When you use light weights, you burn more calories during the workout.
    Thus the old saying was born. I find it best to mix it up every few weeks, Im not on the juice, So I cant really speak in regards to that

    Thank you people for your advices... maybe I'll stick to heavy weights n do cardio to burn those calories....
