    ECA - heavy cardio.

I've been trying to drop 20-25lbs. Having a hard time putting decent meals together. Which for me is very challenging because I have two teenagers and junk food every where. I bike ride 5-10miles or what ever my body can take that day and alternate with long walks.

I've been reading up on ECA and was just wondering if anyone has had any experience negative or otherwise. Would it be something I can add to my morning routine, or should I just stay away.

P.S. sorry haven't been posting but works been kinda crazy. If anyone has any input or advice please it would be greatly appreciated.

Along With comment and advice I will continue too research. Thanks

I just finished an EC stack and it worked pretty good. I can relate to the junk food issue lol. Write down everything you eat, when you see the totals, after eating the junk, it'll help you stay away from it.

Keep the cardio moderate. I've read a lot that hard cardio runs the risk of elevating your heart rate too high. I stuck to light-moderate cardio for a total of 3 hours a week and was able to see really good results.

ECA stack is good at appetite suppression for about a week or so. I never really noticed a lot otherwise. Ur best combo for burning fat is diet, weight training, and cardio!

I suggest building one on this site with our help and u wont need the ECA.

What r ur stats? Age weight height bf?

    What is ur goal?

I think my B/F is some where around 29-34% which I know is horrible.
Reason why I'm a lil hell bunt on getting my weight down is - last doctors visit wasn't a good one. Dr's exact words to me where if you don't start to make a lifestyle change now I'm a prime candidate for heart disease & also heart attacks in the upcoming years.
Not exactly what I wanted to hear, but better now, then never to make some important lifestyle changes. I kinda want to be around - to be a grandfather.

Looking to just lean out and not feel like a slob and maybe look a little better then I do now, but health issues are my main concern at the present moment.

Also wouldn't mind making some milfs turn there heads to take a second look. >wink< lol

With weight and bf% that high it will be fairly easy to lose.

I have ran a solid EC stack 3x now. It works very well for me. . . . Diet and cardio is still a must. I am in the process of losing 40Lbs right now. Starting off with just a solid dry diet then when I am half way there(when I lose another 12Lbs) I will hit a EC stack.

I started at 243.5Lbs down to 231.5 as of today, it took me less than 2 weeks to lose the 12 pounds. It came off very fast since it is just water.

I will start me EC cycle when I get down into the low 220's

Change your diet, it really is the #1 key factor in weight loss and maintaining a solid physique.

Hi dude if I were you and believe me i was I'd do as 405 says diet and cardio combined with training IS the way forward......
I wanted a short cut and was very wisely advised that at circa 30% bf it would put a massive strain on the heart try the diet etc and save the eca for later
Check my thread as there are pics of me in the beginning
I still haven't used anything yet just had a massive lifestyle change
P.s I'm 41 and used to drink around 8 pints of beer a night

I was in the same boat. I was only doing cardio for 20 minutes after lifting, 4 times a week. I started doing 30 minutes before lifting, and 30 minutes after lifting and the fat melted off. The only changes to my diet was losing all lactose and including green tea in my liquid intake.

Sticky is at the top of the main page of this section. Says "important" in red. Look for dieting 101: cutting
