The Shreadman Tactic (this is nothing new or ground breaking - its common sense - just laid out correctly)
and I went from 351 to about 270 or so WITHOUT TAKING ANY PILLS OR ANYTHING --- (pics in profile to prove)
Tthis is a training program for ANYONE to use -- the fatter you are the more results you see right away ...lol (sorry but its true)
Its basically high reps -- in a formula. In a nutshell....
Start on the treadmill for 5 minutes - at a medium pace - just to get the blood flowing.
Then - Start with something like a chest press.....set the weight on the lowest possible....and do a set of 40 reps.
Raise the weight one increment - and do 30 reps. raise again and do 20 reps, and raise once more for the final 10 reps. Meaning you just did 100 reps of the chest press. Thats 1 machine.....now do that on 9 more machines. Make it to the gym at least 3 times a week, and keep calories at or under 1800 a day and you will drop weight like crazy! This will work for your body for about 6 to 7 months...
I went from a 6x shirt to a large! so it can be done! Good luck!
