Hey guys. Just started lifting recently. Trying to get in shape for school.
I'm 19, 5' 8", and weigh around 180. Bf% is way to high at about 21. Trying to drop 15-20 lbs of fat as quick as possible but I understand this is a commitment and there's no quick fix. Any advice on starting out? I am 5 days into a clen cycle which I know most of you will tell
Me is stupid and your probably right. But please any advice is helpful. Gotta shred this gut!
