primary and secondary muscle groups vs antagonist

most people work back and bis chest and tris and do some type of split with legs shoulders and abs. Do u think thats better than working antagonist(opposite) muscle groups ie back and chest and tris and bis and still have ur legs and shoulder workout the same or split those two up

What's better is to constantly change up your workouts and try new things. There really isn't a "best" way to do any workout. The body is amazingly adaptive. Change things up every few workouts. It's good for you body and your mind won't get bored with the same thing.
