    Cool Just another standard tampa guy

    Morning folks. I'm "standardTampaGuy". 35 years old, revisiting health before I get too old to regret it. I'm looking forward to using the search feature so I don't get blasted by a bunch of cranky farts who don't know how to use the gene blessed "ignore thread" feature built in our brain. <

    Thanks for all the welcomes. I've noticed this place is pretty friendly! stpete...cool beans. Where you work out at? I have Anytime Fitness and LA Fitness (formerly Ballys).

    I moved back home a while back. but i used to workout at Powerhouse on Florida Ave between Fletcher and Bearss. Best gym ever!!
