As a post workout meal I take 60 grams of whey isolate , ten oz of skim milk and a banana and. Blend it up . I figure the drink has 70 grams of protein or so , can my body use that all up ? is it too much ? Thx boys

of course your body will use it all.. people on IF have 150g+ protein in one meal.
Thx I've read things saying what u said and other material saying anything over 50 grams is a waste ..

Don't see any problem with this. Your body uses what it needs and if you've worked out, it needs the protein!
I think its BS also that you can only use 30-50grams per meal. your food will stay in your system for more than 48 hours digesting ,so why wouldnt your body still be drawing from it.
I'm my. Case , my post workout shake has about 60 grams of protein , I would think a shake will digest in a matter of an hour or two ..
