Hello all, just wanted to introduce myself.

180lbs (currently)
2 and a half years ago i made a huge lifestyle change. I began to research nutrition and started to exercise. I began with a body weight and light weight circuit at home using dumbbells. Dropped 25lbs in 2months (down from 190) and then hit the gym. Over the past 2 yrs i have went back and forth from the circuits to the weight training. fluctuating my weight by 10-15 pounds depending on the workout for that set amount of time. However it seems i have reached a plateau in training. stuck at my current weight of 180lbs give or take 5 pounds. So i have turned to the forums here for more research in nutrition and workouts. I have been reading posts for about 3 weeks now and looking forward to the help some of you senior members can give.
I am no stranger to weight training and the like as i have been involved in multiple sports from running track to football (in high school) as well as competitive cheerleading ( i know, that's where the girls were )
I am a registered nurse in an ICU so eating multiple times a day has proven a challenge but with proper preparation of food and some planning ahead i have figured that out.
So what i am looking for is helpful advice as well as information. I have been having trouble with some of the lingo and vocabulary eg..PIP, some of the things i can figure out where as others i have no idea.
