    bicep uneven

hey brothers iv,e got a question maybe someone can help with...im rt arm dominant and in const all my life so of course my rt bicep is bigger especially at the bottom, when i workout the lft gets much bigger than the rt . when its pumped from my workout but never catches up. i even try to put a little bit more strain on the lft. there is no strength difference between the two, at least as far as lifting goes.this switching size is screwing with my ocd big time!!! how do i get them to equal out? oh and the top part of the lft is a little bit better peak when flexed. im 4 wks into a 12 wk cycle and hope to make this prob better not worse...dont want to be a freak and all

Concentration curls are great for the bicep peak when you squeeze the contraction. They'll also help fill in the lower bicep if you get fully extended at the bottom position. You don't have to go super heavy to hit the muscle hard. I prefer db's for biceps over a barbell.

so your saying i need to concentrate more at the top and bottom of my bb cons? i start with standing bb and go pretty heavy but then i do db preacher, , standing db , reverse bb preacher, then hammer...sometimes ill drop one or the other depending on how much i want to hit shoulders (same day)... just cant seem to get the damn things equal ! their the opposite pumped and relaxed damnit?

If you're really out of balance it's going to take awhile to bring the lagging side up. Don't be afraid to do some extra work on the lagging side. This could mean using a heavier db for your left side, more sets or reps. Don't be afraid to experiment and do different things to get your left to catch up with the right.
And the only reason I mentioned to db concentration curls is because they work great for me. Even using light weight I feel the entire bicep working. Also when using barbells you will lift more with the dominant arm as with db's you are forced to work each independently.

i agree about conc curls ! they really seem to form things fairly quick ,my biceps are not horribly out of balance im probably the only one that would notice but its enough to make me crazy so ill try what you suggested and see what happens in a month ! thanks man! btw... does the pump difference mean anything? maybe my weaker lft side gets more work? will this even out as well? cuz this also drives me crazy. thanks again bro
