    When do YOU up your doses?

    First some background information
    Age 26
    5'6 188lbs 13% Bodyfat
    Training since high school
    Cycle History - 3 cycles under my belt , started at 24

    My question is concerning Testosterone dosages. My first cycle was Test Prop 350mg per week, second cycle was Test E 500mgs & D Bol, I'm currently in my third cycle of Test E 500mgs & Halotestin.

    Im 2 weeks into it & i feel like i should bump it up to 750mg per week. Keep in mind i want to use the least amount of AAS possible to grow. Can i still grow off 500mgs per week?

    Yes you can still grow off 500mg/week no problem. It's ridiculous to increase your dose subsequently every single cycle you do. I made just fine steady gains off of 500mg/week testosterone for the first year or so of my use. And now that you made me think about it... I have never EVER gone more than 500mg/week of testosterone.

    Welcome,

    I would be patient. You can certainly make decent gains from your current dosages. If you don't feel you're growing, I would focus less on gear and more on diet.

    plus its only 2 weeks and your on test e, it hasnt ever started really yet
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    I would only up them when Im not getting the results that Im expecting BUT before you up the dosages
    always re-evaluate your training and diet,,often thats where the problem is.

    From mypersonal experince, I did 100mgs EOD and about the fouth week in, I bumped to 125mgs. It made quite a bit of difference. I did goback to 100mgs to make sure I had enough. Next timeI do Prop only,it will be @150mgs EOD. It is reall good stuff. Water retentionisfairly low, but that could have been from the diet. Good Luck!

    you're fine at 500mgs. When are you using the halo? And how much?

    Yea i feel like i can always work on my diet. I dont eat perfect at all. I just make sure im getting all my protein. I usually do 2g per lb. of bodyweight. I'm Just worried im going to waste my cycle doing 500mgs when i need 750.

    The dosage is fine. Your wasting your cycle if your diet isn't right. Protein is needed but so are carbs and fats. Just out of curiosity would you list everything you ate yesterday? To get the most out of this you have to eat enough and right.

    Im 99.99% sure you can ajust your diet and be fine on 500mg's.
