    Running and lifting

    Hello there people been telling me to run before I lift and some say to lift then run to burn off the fat after you workout jw witch was is the best way? because I'm trying I build lbm and cut so I've been running after I lift I run for 10 minutes on the treadmill doing a 2% incline running 2 minutes on 6 to gett heart rate up then jog for 1 minute the
    Jump back up to 2 till I reach 10 minutes if anybody can help I'd appreciate it!!

    To burn off the fat as such is dependant on taking in the correct amount of macros for your purpose.......a little tip would be to run a.m as your body will still be depleting from your 8 hour sleep this will help

    Yea, you dont want to run then immediately hit the weights... You can run in the am fasting then later on in the afternoon or at night hit the weights... And before a training session you can warmup on the treadmill, but that is it, just a warmup... And if you do not want to run in the am then it is ok to run after your training...

    So run in the am would e better thanks I'll have to work that in with college thanks man!! Also how coypu know when your natty test is going good I know you don't stop declining till after 25 but I you get boners a lot lol and real hungry a lot is it going good?
