Been on my clean diet for over 2 weeks now. Went from 243.5 pounds to 229 as of today. Looking better, feel great and don't seem to be losing muscle. Arms are damn near the same size as when I started and my waist is down over a inch.
I look way less puffy and marsmellowy, but my Bf% hasn't really dropped much. I use the electro thing at the gym. When I started I was right under 27% and now I am right under 25%.
So, this leads me to believe that I am losing water weight. How much can my squishy self hold?
And apparently water weight does not register as Bf% on the elctro fat meter.
