    bulking help!!! kcals

    hey everyone new here seems to be a great community. i have read alot of posts here! i finally got my body fat tested 193 22% lbm 151 maintance 2,870-and bulking would be 3370 correct? trying to do a lean bulk and drop body fat %...also should i do 20%f/40%c/40%p? which would equal out to be 556cal a meal 56c 56p and 12f per meal....6 meals a day? any input would be greatly appericated! thanks

    perhaps cut to at least 15% before a lean bulk? 15% would be pushing it
    also if your LBM is 151 lbs your maintenance is probably around 2.3k cals

    so i should cut to 15% than start a lean bulk? also cant i do a lean bulk and drop body fat? thanks for the input

    if you are very new to lifting weights then yes possibly but you will get to where u want to be quicker if u cut first then lean bulk rather then maybe staying the same weight and dropping some bf slowly
    just my opinion.

    I would lose the word 'bulk' from your vocabulary until you're under AT LEAST 15%. Personally, i'll never start a bulk (lean or otherwise) over 11-12% again. I don't think you'll be happy with your results. You already have relatively high bodyfat, and you will likely add more if you bulk. What's the point of adding muscle if you can't see it? Then you'll have to go through an even LONGER cut to drop more bodyfat. Not worth it in my experience. My .02

    Makes since perfect since..new to dieting so what do you think my kcals should be with lbm at 151 2,300 kcals? what about pro carb and fat what kind of ratio should i do 40%p 40%c 20%f...best thing for body fat loss is FIIT first thing in the a.m right?
