    Pick n mix cutting cycle

    I all

    It's been a while since I did a cycle and bf has increased higher than I would have liked... Still not high, but no longer ripped.

    I need your advice on creating a good cutter from the extensive stash of goodies I have at home (I tend to buy gear when I have money spare and stay stocked up)

    Stats:
    31 years old
    6ft, 210 lbs
    Bf: unknown, maybe 15 - 16 %
    Cycle history: several cycles, inc test prop, tren, mast, hgh among others
    Training experience: around 12 years

    Ok, so the goal here is to stay above 200lbs, but cut down to a decent bf%, maybe 10% or just under... I want to be realistic. I don't compete, so no need to push it lower.

    At the same time I want to retain the muscle mass that I have, get improved hardness and I don't mind if I gain a few lean lbs.

    Ok so here is the fun part, this is what I have at home. Let's get some opinions on what you think would give the best results:

    Test prop,
    Tren Acetate
    Masteron prop
    One rip (200mgs/ml pre mixed version of the three above)
    T-Bol 10mg
    Var 50mg
    Winny 50mg/ml
    Clen
    Ephedrine
    T3
    Hgh (serono serostim) x 300iu

    I think that covers it. By the way I only use short esters as I get bad sides from anything with a long ester, so they aren't an option.

    Also will be running low dose letro, as I always do. Im massively sensitive to water gain, even with mild compounds.

    I'm almost tempted to throw it all in, but would be good to get some opinions on the best combo of the above for my goals, including dosage.

    Diet and training advice not needed, I'll be getting this in other areas of this forum.

    How many compounds are you looking to run at once? How long do you want to run your projected cycle?

    You pretty much have all the prime compounds that compliment the cutting side of the house. As you may already know your diet will determine the most out of your gains.

    I don't think you could go wrong with any combination granted your diet and training are dead on!

    I usually go for longer cycles, but keep the dosages on the low side, so I'm thinking 12 weeks.

    Although I've tried orals before, I've never been a massive advocate, but I know a lot of people swear by var and tbol.

    I've done a winny and test prop cycle before and hardly noticed the difference between prop only, so never really rated winny too highly, but wouldn't mind giving it another go and see if it has a synergistic affect with some of the other compounds.

    Ultimately I think I want to stick with 3 AAS + hgh. I'm interested to hear the opinions of Clen vs ephedrine and also what people think of t3 thrown in too

    Winny is most noticable when you are already super lean, If you're not that lean it would explain why you don't notice it to much, pretty much just hardens you up.

    If you only want 3 I would personally choose the Test, Tren, Var combo. If you don't want to use an oral then I would substitute the Var with the Mast.

    I think clen and ephedrine are pretty much in the same ballpark, I've had better results with clen myself. T3 is good if you're on all those other compounds. I would run it through the whole cycle and personally not take it higher then 50mcg. At times I get lethargic and T3 can be pretty powerful, not sure how you react to it though, everybody is different.

    You can't go wrong with that!

    I've done t3 before and really never had great results compared to Clen or eph. I hear it's worthwhile taking it with hgh though, but never ran both at the same time before, so that's why I got some in this time.

    You reckon var/mast over tbol? Var seems like another thing that you only really notice at low bf in terms of visible affects, although the strength increase should add some benefit. I have enough to run at 100mgs though so I'm defo wanting to give it a go at this dosage

    too bad u can't add mast at the end... u only have one rip not separate test tren n mast right? var>winny imo alternate t3 n clen n of course hgh but that has to be ran for a long time to see results

    That's why I recommend running T3 through the entire full 12 weeks. It'll pretty much just boost your total caloric expediture throughout the day and mixed with a thermogenic it can be even more effective (clen, ephedrine.)

    I don't have any experience with tbol so I can't really comment on that. I've seen people still get results on var even at mid teen range BF%'s. Dosages between 80mg-100mg were most beneficial, I would add in the last 6-8 weeks.

    Hell, I would even add it to the Prop/Tren/Mast so boost it up to 4 compounds total, that's just me though!
