    Training muscles

Hey guys, need a bit of advice. I typically work out 5x a week and start each time with a certain muscle group in mind. Like back and traps.. But, I always seem to get board and start doing other groups. Bi and tri for example. I know this can't be a bad thing but how do I defer myself from doing this?

Psaletta you have to stick to your workout jumping to your arms is a bad thing as you will end up with great looking arms and the rest of you looks sh1t its not
Boredom your doing the muscles groups you like and skipping the ones you dont like so stick to your workout and shape your body , everyone has a bodypart they hate to training and most of the young guys I see at the gym they all do there top half and miss there legs out and boy they look like total tools just because they hate doing them you have to discipline yourself and stick to the plan to help you do this just look in the mirror

Thx guys... Your very right about how I ignor the dreaded areas (abs , calfs...) just got done working out chest and shoulders. I stuck to it and only worked out the 2 areas. No arms.. Lol. Felt good. Very aggressive today.. Maybe the placebo of being on a cycl but lifted more then I typically do and squeezed out 2-3 more sets on each work out.

Its hard to push yourself at the start to work out the body parts that you don't normally do. When I first started the gym I was training with a friend that had been going for a few month and I hated doing shoulders and legs! mainly because I found them too hard and boring bcause I wasn't getting any satisfaction from it. So I purposely target them areas and after about a month when my technique had improved and the gains were becoming visable I really started enjoying working them! You probably revert to training your arms cos its more rewarding to you, but also the bigger muscle groups that you work the more natural testosterone your body produces which yields bigger and learner muscle development throughout your whole body. Purposely target the weak points and soon you'll love doin them more than arms!.
